Just bought the DVD at me local Borders and watched it tonight. I haven't seen it since 1994 or so, and I'd forgotten most of it.

This DVD has as a bonus feature explanations on how they made the leprochauns look so real. My half-ass guess was close enough that it made me feel more clever than the average bear, but some of the details are pretty ingenius. They have some shots of the scenes actually being shot, which is a nice bonus to the bonus feature.
Walt Disney also made a 30 minute tv special (included as another bonus feature) showing how he talked the leprochauns into being in his film, which I hadn't known before.
Darn good movie. If anyone wants to borrow it, let me know.
